Copyright & DMCA Policy

One email, and disputed material comes down while we review. Here is exactly what to send.

01 · Our position

We respect copyright and trademark rights. If material on this site infringes yours, tell us and we will remove or disable it promptly while we review — no lawyers required for a first contact.

02 · Where to send a notice

Email either owner address listed at the bottom of this page with the subject line 'Copyright notice' or 'Trademark notice'. Email is our designated contact for these requests.

03 · What to include

The exact URL(s) on this site where the material appears, and a description of it.

A description of the work you own, or the mark and its registration if applicable.

Your name, a reply address, and your relationship to the rights holder.

A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, that the information is accurate, and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

04 · What happens next

We acknowledge receipt and remove or disable access to the disputed material while we review, normally within 72 hours of a complete notice. We then tell you the outcome.

Brands, logos or products appearing incidentally inside photography are referenced descriptively and never as an endorsement; we remove them on request regardless.

05 · Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, email us with the removed content's URL, your reply address, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed in error. We may restore it after review.

06 · Repeat infringers and abuse

Accounts or customers who repeatedly infringe rights are refused further service. Knowingly false notices waste everyone's time and may carry legal consequences for the sender.
