1. What LARPKINGDOM sells

LARPKINGDOM sells photography, video, editing, presets and content-strategy coaching. We do not sell, rent, broker or authenticate luxury goods, vehicles, currency or financial products, and we never claim that content depicts real ownership of anything shown.

All content is presented as styled lifestyle media created for entertainment and creative use.

2. LARP Exchange — simulation disclaimer

The LARP Exchange tickers, charts, index moves and the opening bell are a themed simulation. They are not securities, commodities, derivatives, tokens or investment products, are not registered with or regulated by any authority, and do not track any real asset, company or market.

Paper trading uses virtual money only, stored in your own browser. There are no deposits, no withdrawals, no fees, no payouts and no possibility of financial gain or loss. Nothing on the Exchange page is financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

3. Third-party names, brands and creators

Instagram handles referenced on this site (for example @8ball, @paid, @hudd, @champ, @noti, @r4ckiez, @dirt) are named only as public references to creators working in this space. They are not partners, sponsors or endorsers of LARPKINGDOM, and no affiliation is claimed.

Any brand, logo or product that happens to appear inside photography is incidental. All trademarks belong to their owners; LARPKINGDOM claims no ownership of and no partnership with any third-party brand. If you own a mark or an image and want it removed, email us and we will remove it promptly.

4. Digital products, licence and anti-piracy

Purchases grant a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the delivered files on your own social accounts. Reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, bundling or training AI models on the files is not permitted.

Previews on this site are watermarked, downscaled and delivered through a protected viewer with right-click, drag and copy blocked. Full-resolution deliverables are never published publicly — they are sent to paying customers only, watermarked and individually traceable.

Honest limitation: no website can technically prevent an operating-system screenshot or screen recording. We therefore rely on low-resolution watermarked previews, traceable delivery, and this licence — plus takedown enforcement against anyone redistributing our work.

5. Privacy & cookies

We store a random session identifier in your browser's local storage, and we log anonymous activity — page opens, sections viewed, time on page, clicks, and the text of questions asked to the AI agent desk — so the owners can improve the site. We do not collect names, addresses, payment details or precise location, we run no advertising networks, and we never sell or share data with data brokers.

Analytics only run after you press Accept on the cookie notice. Choose 'Essential only' and no analytics events are sent. You can clear everything at any time by clearing site data in your browser, or email us and we will delete your logged session on request.

The owner tracker is restricted to the two owner accounts via server-side authentication and database row-level security, and owner/co-owner devices are excluded from the visitor log so it only shows genuine outside activity.

6. AI agent desk

The five agents are AI assistants with original names and personas. Their answers are generated automatically, may be inaccurate, and are general information — not professional, legal, medical or financial advice. Do not send sensitive personal data through the chat.

7. Conduct and refunds

Because products are custom digital deliverables, all sales are final once files are delivered; if a delivery is wrong or corrupted, contact us within 7 days and we will re-deliver or refund.

Content is provided 'as is' without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LARPKINGDOM's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order at issue.

8. Refund policy

Because every order is a custom digital deliverable, all sales are final once files are delivered. Before delivery, an order can be cancelled for a full refund.

If a delivery is wrong, incomplete or corrupted, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will re-deliver or refund that order. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and cover only the amount paid for the specific order at issue.

9. Data & analytics disclosure

For the owners' internal analytics only, this site logs: anonymous visitor sessions (a random session ID stored in your browser), pages opened, sections viewed, time on site, clicks, questions asked to the AI agent desk and the answers given, and any feedback you send through the feedback line.

We do not collect names, addresses, payment details or precise location, we run no advertising networks, and we never sell or share data with data brokers. Analytics only run after you press Accept on the cookie notice.

California residents (CCPA) and EU/UK visitors (GDPR): you can request a copy or deletion of the session data tied to your browser by emailing either owner address on this page, and we will action it promptly.

10. Acceptable use — what you may not do with our content

LARPKINGDOM content is sold strictly as entertainment and creative content. Customers may not use delivered content to solicit money, secure loans or credit, misrepresent identity or finances to another person for financial gain, or as evidence in any legal, financial or official proceeding.

Violation voids any licence granted, may result in the account being reported to the relevant platform or authority, and results in refusal of future service. Nothing we sell is proof of ownership, income, assets or net worth, and we never market it as such.
