01 · Who is responsible

LARPKINGDOM is operated by its two owners, who act as the controllers of any data described here. Contact details are on the Contact page and at the bottom of this page.

02 · What we collect

A random session identifier stored in your browser's local storage. It is not linked to your name, email or account.

Anonymous activity: pages opened, sections viewed, time on page, clicks, and the text of questions asked to the AI agent desk together with the answers given.

Anything you voluntarily send us: feedback through the feedback line, and the contents of emails or DMs you choose to send.

03 · What we never collect

No names, postal addresses, phone numbers, payment card details, government IDs or precise location. We run no advertising networks and no third-party ad or social pixels.

We do not sell, rent or share personal data with data brokers, and we do not use your data to train third-party models.

04 · Why we process it

To operate the site, to answer your questions through the agent desk, to understand which floors and packages people actually use, and to improve the product. Analytics run only on your consent, given through the cookie notice.

05 · Consent and choices

Analytics only run after you press Accept on the cookie notice. Choosing 'Essential only' sends no analytics events. You can change your mind at any time by clearing site data in your browser.

Owner and co-owner devices are excluded from the visitor log, so the internal dashboard reflects genuine outside activity only.

06 · Retention

Activity events and feedback are kept only as long as they are useful for improving the site, and are deleted on request. Session identifiers live in your own browser until you clear site data.

07 · Who can see it

The internal dashboard is restricted to the two owner accounts by server-side authentication and database row-level security. Our hosting and database provider processes the data on our behalf under its own security terms; no one else receives it.

08 · Your rights

EU/UK visitors (GDPR) and California residents (CCPA/CPRA) can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the session data tied to their browser, and can object to analytics processing. Email either owner address and we will action it promptly and confirm by reply.

We do not discriminate against anyone who exercises these rights, and we do not sell personal information as those laws define it.

09 · Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 (under 16 in the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect data from them; if we learn we have, we delete it.

10 · Changes

If this policy changes materially we update this page. Continued use after an update means the updated policy applies.
